It stands proudly on the Via Roma – and it's the same place you'd have found Andrea Boundonno, proudly opening his doors, 150 years ago.

He knew exactly what he was doing when he picked this spot. This street was once famous the world over for the pasta it produced, and Pasta Buondonno remains there to this day, proudly carrying on that tradition.
