Hidden in the hilltop-town of Gragnano, away from the hustle and bustle of Neapolitan city streets and high above the serene beaches of the Amalfi coast where the warm sea breeze fills the air with a fresh salty scent, you’ll find the Buondonno factory. It stands proudly on the Via Roma – and it's the same place you'd have found Andrea Boundonno, proudly opening his doors, 150 years ago.
He knew exactly what he was doing when he picked this spot. This street was once famous the world over for the pasta it produced, and Pasta Buondonno remains there to this day, proudly carrying on that tradition.
